In modern architecture and interior design, materials are no longer just the building blocks of space – they are becoming key carriers of ideas. Today, designers seek solutions that allow freedom, flexibility, and uncompromising aesthetics. This is precisely why Kerrock stands out as a material that, through thermoforming, opens the door to a world of unlimited creativity.
Kerrock is a modern composite material distinguished primarily by its thermoforming capability, which allows it to be shaped into curves, rounded edges, and complex three-dimensional forms.
When heated, it becomes flexible and suitable for precise shaping; after cooling, it retains its strength and stability. This property opens up a wide range of possibilities for creating fluid lines and organic shapes that are not achievable with many other materials. This means designers can realize ideas without the limitations of straight lines – spaces become more dynamic, softer, and visually refined.
Kerrock enables the creation of surfaces without visible joints, resulting in a completely homogeneous and elegant whole. This type of aesthetic is not only visually appealing but also brings numerous functional advantages:
Due to these properties, it is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, hotels, healthcare facilities, and other spaces where cleanliness and durability are essential.
A special place in the range is occupied by Kerrock ES (Easy Shape), which introduces a new level of design freedom.
Kerrock ES enables thermoforming with smaller radii – a feature that may sound technically demanding, but with the Easy Shape material becomes simple and accessible. It allows designers of interiors and exterior elements almost unlimited creative expression – from precisely defined lines to soft, flowing curves. The result is elegant, rounded shapes with smaller radii, where ideas seamlessly transform into refined, three-dimensional forms without limitations.
The thermoforming capability of Kerrock also depends on the selected color. Therefore, clear markings (R) have been developed to indicate the minimum bending radius and thus the complexity of shaping.
ES R5 – 4 waves
The highest level: enables very small radii and complex 3D shapes without visible color changes.
R20 – 3 waves
Suitable for more demanding shapes and smaller radii; slight color change may occur at sharp bends.
R40 / R60 – 2–3 waves
For moderately demanding curves; color changes may appear in more pronounced shapes.
R90 / R120 – 1 wave
For larger radii and gentle curves; limited to simpler forms.
Without R (not possible)
Thermoforming is not possible – the material is suitable only for flat or cut surfaces.
Certified quality of Kerrock ES
The quality of Kerrock ES is confirmed by numerous international standards and certifications that ensure safety, durability, and reliability:
These certifications confirm that Kerrock is not only an aesthetically refined material but also a responsible choice for modern and sustainable construction.
Unlimited applications
Thanks to its flexibility and performance, Kerrock is used in a wide range of environments:
The material allows the creation of solutions that are fully tailored to the space and the user – without compromises in form or function.
Kerrock represents a perfect synergy between technology, design, and functionality. With the help of thermoforming and advanced solutions such as Kerrock ES, it enables the creation of fluid, organic, and timeless forms.
This is not just a material – it is a platform for ideas, where creativity does not stop at limitations but transcends them.
